ABOUT ME
I envision a world rooted in love, where people live creative, embodied lives in deep connection with each other and the Earth. Flourishing local communities nurture biodiversity, resilience, and a shared sense of purpose through connection, movement, and natural expression.
Through workshops, trainings, and community projects, I weave embodiment practices with ecological awareness to support resilient, regenerative ways of living. I help people reconnect with themselves, their communities, and the natural world through accessible, hands-on experiences.
My work draws on practices such as Tai Chi Movements for Wellbeing (TMW), permaculture, cultural emergence, and the creative arts. These approaches create spaces for joyful connection, learning, and collaboration, empowering people to co-create locally rooted solutions and new stories for a regenerative future.
By bringing embodiment and ecological awareness into everyday life, we cultivate wellbeing, resilience, and care—for ourselves, each other, and the planet.

Diversity is one of my greatest strengths and a resource I bring to the communities and cultures I work within. I feel at home both in established systems and in emerging grassroots movements, often acting as a bridge between different perspectives, people, and ways of being.
I often see myself as a bridge builder—with my feet on the earth, an open mind to the bigger picture, and the embracing arms of the heart to hold our shared human experience. This perspective shapes how I work, helping me create connections between people, ideas, and cultures.
A core foundation of my work is my ongoing practice and study of Tai Chi and its principles. Through this, I have developed a deep understanding of embodied awareness and how we can learn to listen more closely to ourselves, our bodies, and our true nature.
I also bring many years of experience leading creative, movement-based, and wellbeing activities for diverse groups, including people with special needs. These experiences have strengthened my ability to create inclusive, supportive spaces where people can learn, connect, and grow.
